Idk guys...when OnePlus finally nails their cameras their going to be the Apple of Android phones. Their warp charging system+the high refresh Oxygen OS is just so good.

Hopefully One Plus goes back to the retractable selfie camera with the One Plus 9 or 10 and keeps it.
One Plus made a huge mistake when they took away the retractable selfie camera SMH Whoever had that dumb idea should be fired, because that was a major selling point for myself and other people I talk to at phone stores who had the One Plus 7, 7T and McClaren.

oneplus 8t after using for a month Camera : 48 mp camera looses lot of colour details compared to 12 mp mode. Macro camera is useless. No optical zoom. Performance : Noticed every couple of days phone hangs while only 3 apps running. after restart it works fine. Fingerprint scanner : doesn't work sometime Battery charging speed is great.
17 million views later and we are still in monologue mode. Please bring someone in to discuss the phone. Just make these videos more entertaining and challenging production wise! So much talk, speculation and flatness. Boring. Not even a GOOD BYE folks!!!

Bought this phone (12GB RAM+256GB Storage for less than $700) after two years of using an iPhone XS Max as my daily driver. I thought that iPhone was impressive, but 8T just blows my mind with how fast and buttery smooth everything is. I now feel silly about ever wanting a $1000 phone when I can have a phone like this at the price that I bought it for. Tbf I am not a camera person, so the camera quality is the absolute least of my worries.

No one is gonna buy the phone as it is way too pricey. For me, I'm going for American tech or Japanese tech or European tech (Nokia might comeback). Although it's good on the hardware, can't forgive it in my soul that very underage people are building these phones in China. I'm not saying that this true about them nor that I am saying that American and Japanese don't do this. I am saying as a fact that china do have these places and there is proof of this type of place exist. Say what you will, I'll be happy to read your comments. If you are against this comment, cool.

I wish more manufacturers adopted metallic aluminum bodies, the best feeling and looking phone I ever had was the HTC 10 which had an aluminum body, grooved power button, and chamfered edges, now that phone looked and felt great
The camera in this phone is really bad. I have this phone now, I compared it to my old oneplus 3 and my old phone taking way more detailed photos with better colors (same results with gcam).
