    • @David Treto Have you already been arrested by the FBI? There are just 4 days left before Joe Biden is sworn in as the 46th president of the United States. Have you accepted that now? Or are you planning another crazy seditious insurrection?

But he also denounced your attack as _"heinous"._ It's fortunate you were ready to die for your dear leader because he was always ready to throw your kind under the bus ; and he just did. • I love your channel. I am learning a lot watching your videos. I would be curious how you had enough time to practice law and make these videos. Then I remembered my Philosophy of Law course in college. The textbook was the biggest textbook I ever had. The number of pages I had to read in the course - each chapter could be an entire book; and I had to read two or three chapters between classes. That helps me understand how you can find the time to practice law and produce these videos. Thank you for being so informative.

    • @nathan mckenzie As fr as i understand many of that figure were frivolous and were brought by individuals not connected directly with trump's team. However at least 48 (im not sure what the final figure was) cases didnt get past the discovery stage (i think that it is called...the stage where they let the plaintiff present their evidence) so you cant argue they had plenty of times to bring their evidence if the cases were thrown out before they were able to show the evidence. Show me one court case where the case was thrown out and dismissed based on the actual evidence shown, and the argument they gave why the evidence wasnt good. Not a single example! I am not a conspiracy theorist, but this is obviously a massive collusion between the media, the government agencies and the courts. I have no other reasonable way to explain what is going on. And especially now after the dust has settled, we see some ominous signs that we see before totalitarian takeovers. Are you seriously not even questioning what is going on, look at the broad picture. Impeaching a president a 2nd time despite him calling for peaceful protests (the msm cut that part of his speech out btw), msm all banning trump on their platforms, and veritias catching dorsey explicitly giving over his plan to silence conservatives, and that trump was just the start. I understand if you are happy with all this, if you are a dem voter, however, even so your intellectual integrity has to see what is going on, unless you really dont know what i am talking about due to you only getting your information from the 100% anti-trump dominated MSM.

    • @Mindhumble holy shit, how many lawsuits were brought? 65? They had plenty of chances to bring their evidence. In the PA case Rudi was asked if he was claiming fraud he stated no

      nathan mckenzienathan mckenzieDegi Síðan síðan
    • @nathan mckenzie this lawyer has as much access to the evidence as i have. He either hasnt bothered looking at the real evidence, or is willfully not telling you about it. The cases were never brought in front of judges to be heard, rather they were inexplicably rejected before the evidence could be presented. Even the supreme court did this. This stinks to high heaven. To say the evidence isnt enough is one thing, but to deny there is any evidence, is a big lie. Just watch the video of the 4 dem election officials counting and recounting (through the counting machine) multiple times which would have totalled just by itself over 100,000 votes. That is just one blatant piece of evidence which would have changed the election.

  • This is not what i like but Trump has done us well buy Giving us a Wake -up call. This shows that we are out of touch with the voters There are a lot of people that are pissed off . Our REPs. are so deep in paper work they have no time for use tax payers. THe paper work is so deep that the REPs have no time to see what is in the streets. Trump has not payed any TAXs for 15 years. Does this give you a hint? When the paper work is that deep there is a reason for that. IT is a form of comomfloge (ms) to the point ya cant see it for looking at it. This is why I love the "KISS' program. Keep It Sweet & Simple. Ya just can't hide any thing. This is why there is so much paperwork so ya can't see it coming. Think di you see this coming? So Trump showed us. Trump did us a fever by showing how many people are pissed off at Uncle Scrooge . Ya need to ponder this sum. This is not the best way to wake-up but it did "Wake-me up." I do not like this type of wake-up. But ponder that there is so many & if this is a TIP of the ICEBURGG. We need to WAKE_UP NOW. or the U.S. is history. I did not vote for Trump but I am Man (Woman ) is a MAN only with a Womb, hence WOMAN. any way do admit Trump did wake us up & i did not know that many persons was that posed off. Now ponder this how fast did this come together? Now think how many others are pissed of as well who have been quite . You are not other there with the tax payers as You are up to your neck's in bull shit paper work. If you where able to be with the TAX payers you would have known this could have happened . This is why I love the "KISS" program. "Keep It Sweet & Simple". There is NO place to hide anything. SO I do say THANK YOU Mr. Trump. I do not like this way but Ya did WAKE - UP every one well all most everyone anyway. JUST think who pays the taxs ?? Not Trump & others that have money no us on the bottom. Look at how many are in the streets! ! ! ! ! ! I lok at what I have & I have worked hard all my life for the city, state, & the U.S. I very little to show for it. The U.S. is going down as a hase been unless WE wake-up & smell the "COFFEE".

When I speak to people with below average intelligence I may often believe what they say, or rather, I believe they believe what they say, but I will usually ask myself; could they have got this wrong? Thus I would not be so easily convinced that Rudy was telling me something I actually had to decide legally, ever. But is he a good lawyer? Or was I mean, he really doesn't look it now.

    • You're right, you are not a lawyer. (TBF IANAL either.) In the US plaintiffs/prosecution have to share their evidence with the defense well before the trial. It's called Discovery. Also if a case goes to appeal, even all the way to the Supreme Court, they can't introduce new evidence. They have to appeal with the only the evidence they provided during the first trial. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discovery_%28law%29 The way lawyers on all sides get around this is by flooding the other side with mountains of paperwork, making them go through it all by hand in order to find the once piece of evidence they think they need to make their case.

( 2 more weeks) they can keep this going for about 6 months. so trump gets to stay in power till july. imagine that.

    Zant BurdineZant Burdine20 dögum síðan
    • That's not how any of this works. 2 hours is the maximum amount of time an objection can be debated, but congress can vote to end debate after 10 minutes if they want. Even if they could delay the counting of the electoral votes for months, Trump wouldn't get to stay in power. His term ends on January 20th, whether or not the votes have been counted. If Biden's win has not been confirmed, then the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, would become the acting president when Trump's term ends.

  • Pulls out napkin...158 Million registered voters, 74.2m for Trump, 81.1m for Biden, 2.7m for the other candidates. Hmmmm...100% voter turnout. That's weird. Let me check if a 100% voter turnout is normal. Looks up election census data from 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, so that's 85.5%, 88.5%, 89.6%, 86.8% voter turnout compared to registered voters. Hmmm...that's weird. So if 90% of registered voters turned out for the Trump/ Biden election - that would be a statistically high, like the year Obama, the first black President, won. But that would mean.....Biden only got 65m votes! But maybe it was an extra special year, and there 95% voter turnout....Trump still wins - really?! Okay say it was extra-duper special, and there was 98% voter turnout - Trump still wins! Ya, this shit was rigged.

    • Where do you get your 158 million from? According to this website and doing some napkin math there are (roughly) 203.8 million registered voters in the US. worldpopulationreview.com/state-rankings/number-of-registered-voters-by-state Edit to add: According to the executive summary of this document there were 211 million registered voters in 2018. www.eac.gov/sites/default/files/eac_assets/1/6/2018_EAVS_Report.pdf

    • @SendMoobs your last comment disappeared, so I can't read it all, but here is another video for you. As mentioned they found negative votes for Trump, but not for the other Candidates. This was one is about PA, the total votes subtracted were 432,000 votes over 15 counties: ispast.info/losk/v-deo/bJaOhZfKzqWcsHo.html

    • @SendMoobs you are so clueless, that is it is painful. I don't have any agenda or preconceived beliefs, I just call it as I see it. I am not even American I am Canadian. I don't a dog in the race. I am just amazed how obvious that your election was stolen. I did the math myself, and looked up the census data myself. There other similar calculations out there that look at the voters and voters relative to the population, I don't know if there are ones that specifically look at % of voter registration to turnout, which is what I did, but the concept is similar. Clearly you have done zero research before my comment, as it was you who that originally claimed there was over 200 million registered voters, goes to show what a moron you are. I am not throwing out any claims, you can watch all the videos yourself, these are just a handful to get you started...on a side note here is the Antrim county audit report from MI, I suspect they will find the same thing in GA, and the other states, if they could do the same audit: beta.documentcloud.org/documents/20423772-antrim-county-forensics-report Georgia: ispast.info/losk/v-deo/p3mrYZ2mrGXKo4I.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/fXyfqXfdn6vNqKQ.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/rJuNhGiz0ajTgqQ.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/eZ2eaZnTzKHTjKg.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/eqeCfnfd0p2qqqg.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/fJeGnmulwG64g2k.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/rauYmqnenH7Cb6g.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/YXRmlpezyou7q6Q.html Arizona: ispast.info/losk/v-deo/jahsfW3TzK6rhKw.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/m2adqq2dtnqzeI4.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/g6ecXW61sIKuqaw.html Wisconsin: ispast.info/losk/v-deo/pJyndoq5q6uwpY4.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/h3aLZqXbrWeqoKg.html PA: ispast.info/losk/v-deo/hHiDfZC3rmmcgHo.html Michigan: ispast.info/losk/v-deo/aJZ-Y3zUr66Win4.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/mYuOm3fana6unbA.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/mZ6ioarF3YDSmbA.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/o3SPm4udsZu9nKQ.html ispast.info/losk/v-deo/nKpqdmPdtHquqag.html

    • @CanadianLoveKnot lmao so you didn't do any math, you're just parroting someone else's numbers w/o actually understanding them. I suppose this is the same place the "estimate" came from too? I also noticed that once you can't hide behind the numbers, you have to resort to parroting ridiculous theories that don't hold water. You'll believe anything as long as it confirms your preconceived beliefs. GA, who used Dominion machines, did an audit (well, multiple audits actually) after the election and compared the paper ballots to the final tally. There was a difference of ~100 votes. I'm sure you already believe those were fraudulent ballots, but it _does_ show that the voting machines weren't swapping people's votes. Ah, but I'm sure that you'll just resort to throwing out more claims instead of admitting you were wrong, multiple times.

    • @SendMoobs The calculation I posted is already out there....lol... I didn't break anything open, the dominion voting machines are what broke the election open, by creating negative votes for Trump and giving them to Biden.

  • I'm not a lawyer but I watch TV. It happens in every law drama. Lawyer 1 makes a point. Lawyer 2 objects. Judge says jury will disregard. Lawyer 1 winks at client and says they won't disregard. This has been Trump's only strategy for years.

    • Last laugh... You...you do know the voting is over right? Joe Biden received the electoral votes he earned, so did Trump. It's over. January 6th is a formality, at best. Nothing will change, no matter how much Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley (my piece of shit senator) and other Republicans cry like babies. Joe Biden won 2020, he will be inaugurated on January 20th and Trump will be gone. Trump lost. Get over it lol.

  • Question, how long can you be out of the Legal system and still be a legally recognised Lawyer? Do you guys have to register? I can't believe they grabbed someone who has been out of the game for that long and decided to use him as their main Lawyer.

  • It sounds like the lawsuits were just to create a narrative of fraud for public consumption because the details won’t be reported or followed. It’s a “where there’s smoke, theirs fire” allegation, while they are the ones making the smoke. Trump et al are trying to foment a fascist movement on the basis of a stabbed-in-the-back type myth. These cases are part of the political theatre to advance that cause. The undermining of legal norms and constitutional rights has been underway for a few decades. The crisis will not go away because the contradictions of US capitalism cannot be expunged.

  • Trump Voters: It's not fair we want to cure our ballots! Democrats: Well you can, but it will cost more money to implement a cure process. Republican Ideology: Don't Spend Money! It's someone else's problem. Therefore Trump wins the election. Me: I can't solve this word problem, can someone help me?
